Raspberry, banana and chocolate loaves

Loaves

⅓ cup sugar
½ cup thread coconut
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup Greek yoghurt
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 large, ripe bananas
1 ½ cup wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease mini loaf tin. Combine the sugar, coconut, coconut oil, yoghurt, eggs, vanilla and bananas until the bananas are well mashed. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix gently until combined. Bake for about 20 minutes.
