Tuna tartar
Tartar
100g diced fresh tuna
Pinch flaky salt
½ tsp fresh chilli (depending on taste)
¼ tsp grated fresh ginger
Juice of 1/4 lime
4 leaves coriander, chopped
Fresh limes and avocado oil to garnish
Gently mix all tartar ingredients with a spoon until well combined.
Creamed avocado
1 fresh avocado
½ cup vegetable stock
½ cup yoghurt
Purée all ingredients.
Assemble
Shape tartar into a circular round on a plate. Gently place creamed avocado on top of tartar stack. Serve with grilled ciabatta and garnish with fresh limes and avocado oil.
